I feed my coral with this dry orange type food mixed with salt water and then just inject the liquidy food over them. Is this ok? or should i just throw the food in the tank? i have all soft coral? also how long can coral go without food?

What kind of coral are you trying to feed, specifically?

All of those pretty much live off the light. Xenia especially. The zoanthids and frogspawn would probably benefit from some kind of feedings but personally I never feed mine. As a matter of fact last time I tried to feed my frogspawn some pieces of fish it held onto them for a few minutes but ended up letting go.

What size is your tank and what kind of lights do you have over it now?
