    Can it be done?

    How would you do this?

I have one that is easily 6-7" diameter and starting to take up valuable real estate.

They're very easy to frag. All you have to do is cut off what you want to frag and tie it or rubber band it to a rock. After about a week it should attach.

hmmm, that seems very simple... do I have to make sure to cut the piece all the way down to the base? or do you simply just snip off a piece anywhere you like?

you could just cut a piece off the top with a sharp sisors, any size piece you like. What I find to be easiest is to take a plastic water bottle (or cup), cut off the top, poke some holes in the side, drop in some rock rubble and drop the frog into the bottle/cup...place it back in your tank and within a few days to a week it will attach to a piece of rock. If it's floating out of the bottle, strap it down with a rubberband but rubberbands usually cut through them so try not to have it too tight.
