    Just in time to go home aye? :D

    When I went to Australia, I had no problem adjusting to the jetlag but when I came home, it took me two weeks to get back on my normal schedule. Trips that long are rough even when you sleep through almost the entire trip like I did.

    It's funny...we leave Tokyo on saturday morning and get to Chicago saturday about noon. That will really @#*& your sleep up.

    What airline are you flying?? When I went to Bali (3 hours flight from Australia) I flew Singapore Airlines. Both on the way there and on the way home, they did a SPECTACULAR job of acclimating everyone to the time change. They turned off the lights and slowly turned them back on and everything to stimulate our would-be night time and morning. It was perfect and I honestly had like ZERO jet lag. ;D
