How to grow mushrooms in a BioCube 14?

Aiptasia issue - cover the spot in the rock where it lives with either superglue or reef epoxy (if you cant get the rock out of the tank) - this will kill it without adding anything to your tank or risk the tissue ripping and spreading throughout the tank.

As for the mushroom issue - you mention both of them detaching themselves, how is the water flow in that area? The only time I lost mushrooms off rocks or frag plugs is when they were getting blasted with water.
