I have a BUNCH of live rock, and my coral keep fragging but the frags fall between cracks and for ever die, is there any easy set up to keep frags in a safe area? Like possible put a small bowl with sand and sit them in it inside the tank?

What kind of coral are we talking about? There are MANY tricks in fragging corals, heck look at my screen name!! :) Depending on what coral you have is going to determine what trick you use!!
If they are softies try this..... Go to your nearest craft store and buy bridal netting, not the VERY small grade just the standard grade stuff. Take the softie such as a colt or whatever and grab a small rock or frag plug. Use the bridal netting to GENTLY wrap the base of the frag to the rock/plug. In about a week or so the frag will adhere on its own and you can take off the netting.
Another more random way IS to take an old empty cottage cheese container or the larger yogurts and cover the bottom with small rock rubble, it needs to be at least marble sized. If you are using the yogurt container I would cut its height down a bit. The take your frags and plop them in the container(thats in the tank at this point) cover the top with bridal netting so nothing can get in. Make sure they receive current but not OVERWHELMING current.
If you are reffering to other corals let me know and Ill pull out some more tips!

    Happy fragging!

    It is a softie

How do u wrap just the base they are marble size but they don't really have a base. Example i have a anemone that the main one has a hard bottom and green tips but not sure the name of it, but the frag didn't have any hard parts but was growing decent till it fell and for ever lost. And i have some other soft corals i dont know their names.

that sounds like you had a euphyllia that experienced polyp bailout. You have to protect the polyp until it grows a skeleton. A buttertub filled with sand and covered with bridal veil would be your best bet.
