How to place new corals?

    the mushroom can move on it's own. they arean't actually corals but more like an anemone. With that beings said, they don't move very often at all and they really don't walk, they'll just jump ship and float in the current. Your mushroom will be able to tolerate just about any condition you throw at it so I would place the shroom where you want it. They green star polyps are cool but you'll want to put them on an isolated rock where they can't spread to your main rock colony. These can also tolerate millions of difference configurations however they do like alot of flow. Now the hammer and frogspawn are a little more touchy. These like moderate, indirect flow (don't point powerheads at them) They really do like moderate light so just about any level in your tank under those t-5's honestly you should be good. I would be more worried about the flow than the light.

    You know you are right Smitty. I have been thinking the same thing. I just think I needed to hear it from someone else. I don't want to rush things but I want something in there you know what I mean. Thanks my friend.

    Just a rule of thumb, When you buy corals that come from the same source of lighting that you have, try placing them at the same level as they where. They will adjust better. Luna
