Hey ya'll! I get a shipment tomorrow! 2 Peppermint Shrimp, flower anemone, mics. snails. What I am wondering since my last shrimp didn't make it I think I may not have acclimated them properly...How do you do it?? What is the best way to insure survival?

Inverts are the most sensitive of all things in your tank.
I personally like the drip method.
You can do it in a few different ways, but this is how I do it
1)I first acclimate the still closed bag to the temp of my tank by floating it in my sump.
    2) I then open the bag and with the use of a mag float hang it in the sump. The mag float(used for cleaning the glass) pinches the bag and the glass of the sump so that the bag will not move.
    3) get a piece of airline tubing and tie a knot in the end. Create a syphon with the airline tube and tighten the knot until it is dripping. drip rate around 1 drip/sec
    4) place tube in bag
    5) come back in 45 min and add invert to tank

    Hope this helps

yes it does, however I do not own a magfloat. I used to have one but it got really nasty/smelly..threw it out. What should I use? I don't have a clip either, to hang algae/seaweed treats...any suggestions? So, about 45 min of drip is good?

    p.s. and is the way I should acclimate all of the creatures I get tomorrow? they are specifically as follows;

    Stocky Cerith [24]
    Nassarius Snail - 12
    Flower Anemone -1
    Sea Cucumber -2
    Star Serpent -1
    Snail Turbo (Astrae 24)

there are 2 peppermint shrimp that go along with it since the last ones croaked upon arrival

    Yes I would.

Take extra care with the Star. to fast a PH change and it can die or drop legs and then die

I feed New Life Spectrum Optimum, seaweed, mysis frozen cubes and getting in the mail OraGlo. Is there any special stuff I should feed?
