Help with seahorse water parameters please. KH is 50mg/L and ammonia is at .60.

I just did a 10% water change on the weekend. I have a fluval 304 running this 50 gal seahorse tank. Lots of grape calerpa.

    Remora protein skimmer.

    Thanks

Has something died in the tank? How long has it been up? You should prob do a large WC then a 10% since your ammonia is at .60.

There is a fundamental issue here...

If your ammonia level is correct on a seahorse tank, a devastating decline has already started.

It sounds like your tank is still cycling, but I really hope that's not the case.
