Ok so the 90g that I got on craigs list is not looking as a steal any more. I was about to set it up today in the new house. It turns out dump asses glued the bulkheads together. So I could no unscrew the pipes. The pipes are broken off as well so no chance in reusing them, they must come off!.

There is a 1/8 of a inch gap (maybe 1/4) between one bulkhead and glass and almost no gap between the other one and glass.

What would be the best way to take them off ?

I was thinking maybe using a saw and sawing one off? But the other one is way too tight to the glass so I dont know if that would work.

What would you guys do, help please otherwise I got a 400 dollar fishtank that will never hold water.

Hacksaw blades will give you the best chance. I mean just use the blade only, no saw frame.

Not real long, I can cut through 1" pvc in a minute or so.

u can even tie some sting to the end so u can wrap the string around you hand for a better grip

Good idea too man, thanks. Thanks every one. If the hacksaw dont work tomorrow then I use a torch and torch the whole thing down hehe.

Also does any one know if 4 2x4's will support a 90g. It has wood all around the obiously but they are the only real support for the tank, rest of the wood just keeps them together (on a stand).

All good ideas, But a rotoZip or a dremel tool would work the best. Either a very small cutting disc or a cutting tip. Cut it right before the glass & the PVC will just break by hand. Set the speed just fast enough to cut. May require a few cuts, but it will take a few minutes to do. Yes, I have done this before, just like butter. ;)
