I am installing my baffles and can't figure out how to silicone the back of two baffles because I can't get the tube in there, to tight. Also should I space my bubble trap baffles out by 3/8 apart or an inch apart? Thanks

I think some people use 1/8 tubing to get into the tight spaces...that's what I am going to have to do for mine as well.

ace for it.I would space the baffles 1" apart, 1.5" apart if you have the spc

If you space them 1" or better on the hard to get inside seam I ran a bead along the edge, place the baffle and then used 3 popsicle sticks taped together length wise to run up the bead and sealing it. Putting tape about 1/4" along the sides to be siliconed along with the tank where the baffles are to be placed will make it easier to have clean edges.;)

It's not even necessary to silicone both sides. Lay a bead down, then spray it with denatured alcohol, or use soapy water on your finger to even it out. Very simple if you do it right.
