    The old bulbs came with the ballast, which I bought back in December new, but 2 of the bulbs in the set had to be replaced since they fizzled out last month. Tank was started 12/26/09, and they've had roughly a 10 hour per day cycle since.

    Wow, that isn't long at all. what brands of bulbs were they?

    I have run t5ho bulbs for over 2 years with no noticeable loss in output. I used ATI and GE bulbs then.

    Current USA, which is why I'm so dissatisfied with their bulbs and think they're sub-par. I have 6 brand new Geisemann's coming later this week, that should hopefully put a stop to the green cyno I have.
