The Nem will be the tough part.

If you can - take all of the rock out that has only soft coral attached to it.
Leave the rock/rocks that the nem is attached to - hopefully this is the only rock left in there (dont want a stray rock tumbling on the nem!)

Move the rocks and rocks with softies on them into a tupperware container with half the water (enough to cover the rocks and softies).

With the tank full of sand, the nem/rock with nem the tank should have enough water to cover the nem.

I would save all of the water from this system as with the nem - you cannot have large param swings.

This will also throw a loop into your temp tolerance as the nem will not like getting cold - so plan ahead and be ready!!

You would also do well to have a full backup of newly mixed, aerated, temp adjusted saltwater in case you lose some/need more.

After bringing the tank home and putting it back together do a 10% water change and let everything settle.

I am thinking doing the water change will help to offset any undesirables stirred up during the transition.

    Best of luck to you!!!
