    I've been beat up attempting to trapeze on a catamaran up in cape cod mass. My wife's dad is an expert and enjoyed watching me go "sailing" off the side

    He was making sharp turns. I've put on 70 lbs since I quit smoking cigarettes and my legs can't stop my body anymore HA! I'm fine on strait aways. Hopefully we make it up there again this July. It's nice up there
