How Would You Stock A 120 Gallon

This is a compatibility chart from Live Aquaria at Drs Foster & Smith. Use your mouse to line up the fish you want. You'll see that with an eel you can't have any damsel size fishes including clowns. As far as the triggers go. They are all aggressive and they grow big. The huma huma and clown trigger are probably more aggressive than a few others like the pink tail which has a pleasent disposition and I'm telling you that is important. I would never again have aggressive fish. Tangs are about as aggressive as I want because I work on my tank a lot and I don't want a fish biting my fingers. I had a huma huma attach me everytime I put my hands in the tank. My tangs will nip at me only when I'm putting flake food in. If I reach in the tank to move something they all hide in the reef. The huma huma would try to bite me anytime. Take these things into consideration whenever you buy any livestock.

 

that is true but as it being a fowlr i wont be moving anything so im not to worried about being bit. basically im trying to make a predator tank and am looking to know which fish will work. im set on a humu trigger but i dont know about the second on what i will pick so i need help with that please. also what about the eel situation? will the dogface an eel with the triggers be a giant mess? what other fish can work with them....i have looked at charts but that doesnt help me as much as direct suggestions so any input is appreciated for fish. thanks for all your help thus far

also what do you guys think about a titan trigger? my lfs has a pretty small one and they look pretty kool but i dont know much about them. could i put the humu with it?

I told you that it is my opinion and experience that you can keep a clown trigger in the size of your tank but you have to be aware that you have to limit the amount of fish....
I don't remember what you had in mind but maybe you can list the fish that you want to add again?

 

well i saw a titan and niger trigger at the store today so i was thinking those for triggers so heres a list, let me know what you think
Titan Trigger
Niger Trigger/Humu
Dogface Puffer
Snowlfake eel
and thats all i have thought about so far. too much? if not what else can i add? thanks

 

anybody have any input on the titan trigger? i havent been able to find much on it and my lfs has a pretty small one around maybe 2-3 inches and i like the look of it.
