Just always remember the adult size of the fish... the titan trigger is one of the largest of its species and grows to about 30inches. So, I would scratch that one from the list.

Well, I wouldn't take a chance.... 30inches is huge and to accomodate that fish you need a BIG tank. Some say, they won't grow to full size in a home aquarium but I would not go by that. Always consider the adult size of the fish and its requirements. So, in my opinion this one is a definite no no....

also right now i am just looking at how to set up the rock because i have some dry rock already and wanted to know how i should do the aquascape. like should i have the rock to the glass on the back so theres more front room to swim or should i leave space back there behind the rock work. sounds like a dumb question but seems necesary for me to ask.

The 125 is 72"L x 18"D x 22"H so for a fowlr you don't need to do anything too creative. I would use larger pieces of coral so you can get stability. With a fowlr I would get 2 1400gph korelia evolution powerheads to create a lot of flow between the rocks to get that deitritus up into the filtration. This will keep your nitrates down.
Basically your going to eventually have big fish that will move rocks to get at what they think is food. I would definitly line the bottom of the tank with eggcrate or a plastic sheet as a precaution. You want to keep your fish out in the open so the island idea would let then hide behind it. You would use an island of rock in a peninsular tank.
You could put the rock against the back wall and allow yourself 4" to 6" of open area in front and on the sides for cleaning and swimming room for the fish. I would try to keep the height of the rock at around 14" for swimming room up in the water column. That's my input for the day.:)

thanks but the tank is 60x18x25. what do you mean by an island? like just a colum of rocks? how i was going to do it was just 1 level of rocks high because it would be more sturdy and i was going to do about 3 big caves and leave an open middle.

In filling in the blanks I would say:
Pink tail trigger, Hippo Tang, Dragon wrasse, Emporer Angel

I have a yellow head. He is awesome! He is about 2 1/2 to 3 ft now. He is housed in a 150 with a porcupine puffer and soon to be a sixlined grouper (once he gets big enough). The only issue is he is very aggressive and will eat anything that he could fit in his mouth. He mouths at the puffer all the time but he just does not care. He tries to eat anything that hits the water so I always have a algae scraper ready to shoo him away. I would put then next in line to a japanese dragon eel in coolness.
