    Well my name is Sam. Live in Boise, ID. And I'm obssessed with fish tanks. Finally got a saltwater tank going about 2 months ago. It's a 45 gallon long tank. Came with a stand, and have plans to build a canopy eventually. At the moment its a FOWLR with about 60 lbs of rock, eventually plan to be upwards of 100 lbs. Just barely got my 10 gallon refugium going underneath with a 10 gallon sump. Everything is going great so far. Have a few green chromis, a damsel, firefish, engineer goby, and a scooter blenny. Also have a small cleaning crew at the moment.

    I have a feeling I may be getting lights for christmas (crossing fingers). So I may be moving forward with the reef in about a week. Have about 3 people in our local fish club that will be giving me some starter corals too so I'm really excited. (If I get the lights that is.)

    Just wanted to say hi and introduce myself. I've done a lot of DIY on this thing, all the plumbing, my sump, and wet/dry trickle filter are all home made so I may throw a few things in the DIY section. Expecially the acrylic trickle filter cause it came out pretty well.
