Howdy!

After setting another tank up after taking some time away google kept taking me here to answer a lot of the questions I have had. After lurking for weeks I decided to join today. I worked at a LFS back in high school and I am in the process of forgetting everything I learned there and learning the correct way of doing things. :-/

I have a 75gal tank with 25gal sump with Mag 9.5 return pump. Running two 250watt 15k HQIs with four 54watt actinic T5s for lighting. Never have had halides before but now I don't think I will ever have anything else. haha ;D

Just wanted to thank all of the members here for taking time to help newbies like myself. The search feature here is amazing. No need for a ton of new post as they has always been dozens of people to have the exact same problem as me before. I am sure I will ask lots of questions for curiosity's sake. Thanks again for having such a great site. Thus far it has truly been an asset.

I will have to go and take some. I have approached this as a DIY project for the most part. The tank and equipment has changed a lot since its initial set up about 6 months ago. I am now on my third sump and I think I finally got it right this time. I discovered "bubble towers" I believe they are called and it completely took care of my micro bubble problem I was having in my display tank. Yet another idea I got off of 3reef!
