    Matt,
    Yah,I made them out of cement.The arch is about 3 1/2' long 22" high.The ledge has a PVC pipe capped, inside to help make it almost float.

    I did the same thing with pvc - actually, no I didn't cap it. That is slick - trapping air to float it. Great job Clay.
