I am currently using the following bulbs:
    T5 - 2x 54W 10,000K
    T5 - 2x 54W actinic
    PC - 2x 65W 10,000K
    PC - 2x 65W actinic

So far the colour effects have been ok, but the corals are just not popping. So I picked up 3 more T5 bulbs - one is Fiji purple, one is 12,000K (actinic white), and one is 14000K (3/4 actinic, 1/4 white).

My question is, what would be the best combo for the bulbs I have, given that I only (currently) have 4 spots for T5 bulbs?

I was thinking of - 1xFiji purple, 1x12,000K actinic white, 1 actinic, and 1 14,000K bulb. But is this too blue with not enough white? What do people here suggest (other than getting 2 more T5 fixtures, which I am working on)?

from what ive seen, its to each own preference in regards whether too blue. i know some like the bluer look, while others like the more "white" look. a 6 bulb setup would be perfect. get the benefits of both looks in regards to the more blue look come on 1st, then later the whiter look. good luck jeremy
