I guess foot pains are alot easier to see the doctor about rather than these "chest pains" I've been having. Talk about scary..............

WHAT????????????? HAVE YOU GONE TO THE DR????????????? Don't play with that! It's probably just stress but you really need to see a DR. Never guess about chest pains!

Very nice score! (I went for my mammogram and came home with some new stilettos- it's definitely "girl" logic!)

Grass your reasoning made perfect sense to me.....it is a lady thing, guys brains are not designed to understand that reasoning!

    Anyway cool fish!

It is good that you did tear it....I had PF myself and Tarsal Tunnel Syndrome plus I had something else in my ankle higher up can not remember, and like you could not ever sit...was/is an Oncology Chemo Nurse so running all the time. The pain from PF and the numbness and pain from the Tarsal Tunnel Syndrome I tried everything...and finally had surgery. Well surgery was a walk in the park...was nothing. Unfortunatly they had to do an open release..which was not bad but inadvertanly cut some nerves...so while the PF is gone I have nerve damage! The Tarsal tunnel and the ankle thing still exists

One thing you might look into is something called Active Release Therapy or ART. It is done by trained chiropractors (I know) but it breaks up the scar tissue and was THE ONLY thing in the world that helped me It took several therapies and now with the exception of the occasional nerve pain I am fairly pain free (You will get scar tissue and can cause same problems again...trust me on that) Type that in and see if you can find anything on it and read up. There is a website on it and see if anybody near you can do it....I have not been in over 1 year

    thank you! me too;)

do they make them in a size 11Very wide?????(big foot here) LMAO I'd break my neck!

    Karma to the ladies! :hehe:

I'm still healing on the left one, so when the right one gets fixed(and no it's not sympathy pain;)) and is done healing, I'll go see a friend of mine who is a LMT. If she can't break up that scar tissue, nobody can! This girl has vise grips for hands!
