It is basically a complete over-reaction to the problem of non-native species invasion. It is based on the belief that the only way to stop it, is to outlaw the ownership of all non-native life.

 

Yes, without getting too political, this bill and many others hidden from us are designed to strip us (Americans) of our freedoms or if you prefer, liberty. The Obama administration is blatantly left wing and their vision is an America stripped down so the government "rules" over us instead of "serving" us the tax payer. That is what the tea parties were all about yesterday. We must fight to keep our America! The second gentleman in the video (from Kees' Aquarium) is one of the guys I am often referring to as one of my "trusted LFS guys". We can not let the government shut down honest businesses while bailing out incompetency.
