Just found a 10in bristleworm in my tank. What's the best way to get rid of it. I have a coral banded shrimp, 2 wrasses and a brittle star but I'm not sure if they will eat it. Any suggestions?

Oooooh, I hate the thought of worms, as much as crabs and little anemones....

Best excuse I have ever heard of getting a coral banded shrimp. - a great addition to a tank anyway.

    Get one by all means...

If me, I would do whatever it takes to get rid of the big bristles (and any smaller ones if I could.) :-/

Thanks for all the info people. The jury is still out as 50% say get rid of it and 50% say they are OK (other reading I've done). I think if I get it out in the open one night I'll grab the bugger and get rid of it but until then it lives!!

hum, I'm surprised you banded shrimp hasn't gotten him yet. Mine loves the little and large buggers. I bring them home from my LFS and put them in my main display for a treat for "Bandit" He loves them. I'm sure that are some survivors, but even at night I don't see any. He cleans house pretty good. 10" is a good size sucker. I'd try and grab that one out if you get a chance.
