Hydor Customer Service is AMAZING!

    So, one of my Koralia 1050s has been hanging in my garage, non-functioning. Then last week my other 1050 seized up. I only had a little 750 barely pushing any water around my tank. Needless to say my corals were sad. :cry:

    I thought I just needed new covers, so I called and spoke to Aisha. Right away she sent me new covers, unfortunately that didn't work. A few days later, I called back and spoke to Mike, we figured out that I needed new bushings. He sent me brand new bushings and 2 more covers. All this was free of charge, both times.

    Too often we hear customer horror stories, so I just wanted to share one with a happy ending. Hydor customer service is fantastic and I would not hesitate to buy any product that they make.

    On behalf of my fish and corals, thank you Hydor!!! ;D The tank is looking much happier. I guess miracles really do happen at Christmas time.

    Word of mouth is the best ads any company can have. Good customer service goes along way.

    i had similar experiences, they have great customer service and will replace just about anything no questions asked :)

    I have not dealt with their customer service, but I am a big fan of their products. I have the Slim Skim Nano as well as 3 of the Koralia Nano (425) powerheads.
