Hydor Koralia 4 - any good?

Wow! Were they new? I'm always a little suspicious about anything on eBay that's second hand - can never confirm where it's been, and the cash I'd save wouldn't be worth it in the long run if a contaminant got into my tank!

Brand spank'n new. Been running almost a year.. Cracks me up when I see one used for $30-35 around here on the local swap scene.

Thanks for the link. In the UK, so I don't know how well that price would fare for me when considering postage cost and currency conversion fees.

 

I am the proud owner of 3 k4's and a koralia nano. I love them all. I have the 3 k4's in my 150 gallon with a seio 1500 and I'll say that they koralias perform much better

 

Glad to hear it - as far as I know, my LFS only stocks Koralia powerheads. Wanted to check they were good before buying. As for ordering online, I'll only save about £5, and I'd rather that money went to the LFS - plus, that way, if there's a problem, it's a lot easier to sort out.
