I have a Hydor 1400 that the inside magnetic piece that the propeller is attached to broke. I also lost the little rubber stopper on the front case that prevents it from spinning backwards on startup. I actullay lost this rubber piece on another one so I would need 2 of those.

Does anyone know where to get these parts pretty cheap, or does Hydor warranty them?

    Thanks.

    • I thought they had a 1yr warranty. This isn't as smart alec as it sounds but it might be easier/faster to contact Hydor

Let me google that for you

...if not I got another angle:
    • Assuming Hydor uses the same housing from 750-1440, I'd bet its cheaper to get a new 750 and steal its parts than to order individual parts
    • That Fish Place offers free shipping for $49 and NEW 750's for $26
Again I "think" the Evo's from 550-1400 are basically the same (except for the motor)...I'll know Early next week for sure as I just ordered 2ea Evo 750's from that Pet Place for $26ea .... no Shipping chgs

you can actually get the Hydor Koralia 1400 cheaper at Big Als for $47.01 and offer free free shipping on anything over $75.00.

    btw gotta love that LMGTFY

Editted: any major reputtable online company will have some parts not all that I have seen. May have to go to Hydor directly or purchase new equipment.

All of their power heads have a two year warranty. You can contact them at the following link:

    HYDOR componenti per acquari

I've dealt with their customer service dept before, and it's top notch. If it's still under warranty, it should be totally free to get the replacement parts. Even if it's not, the parts are less than buying a new pump.

    Good luck.
