    They are great powerheads we use a 4 in our 72, a 2 in our 29, and a mini in our 20 nano...8)

    Well i now got my hydor koralia 2 but where is the best place to put it in my tank and should it be facing up/down etc etc
    dimensions are
    101x40x50 cm?

    I've got mine on the ends about halway down and pointing up.

    If you point them up i understand it causes disturbance to the surface, but should they not be pointed down to stop all the bits from settleing?

    You want flow everywhere while trying to avoid a sandstorm by mixing up the sand bed. A pebble or two moving will show clean glass by the next day. Play with different positions, run your hand through your tank to see where the flow is. You'll figure it out;)
