Hydroid jellfish? Or? And Good or Bad?

    I need some help with these guys. I believe they hitchhiked in on some frags I got 6 months ago. Now they are quite a few of them around the tank. I took a pic of one next to some zoas for size comparison.

    Looks like a hydroid to me. I've only ever heard to get rid of 'em.

    It is a dry heat, yeah right !
    They are something I see within the first 3-6months after a tank set up, after that they have just died off in my tanks.
