    Recalibrating everytime you use it might be a little over-kill. I bought mine from National Industrial Supply over 20 years ago (to check a saltwater pool) and recalibrate it about once a month if I remember. It seldom needs to be adjusted just store it in a dry location AWAY from your tank and clean the prism after using.

    Checked their address and they still exist :eek: NISUPPLY.COM they now sell through a eBay store about $26.00
