I am discusted

IMO- whenever I have seen an urchin on its way out, it was never a quick thing. You start to notice more and more of it's spines being dropped around the tank. It's usually a 2-4 day ordeal.

 

I wouldn't know. I could really see it I know better now...

 

emailed the company I got my urchin from. Had to take picture of nothing inside, they said they would credit my account?

 

Id assume its your form of payment. When I lost my achilles tang they said they same thing and it popped back onto my credit card.

 

I believe they are going to give me a store credit. Minus the shipping of course..........

 

Hmm never had that happen with them... They have always credited my card back with an issue.

 

oh really. I hope they do, I was wondering what in the world I would get with that credit from them. How long did it take them to do it

 

Well I called, then emailed a specific person... is how I did it... My achilles came down with a bacterial issue that got bad and i talked to their fish manager there.. he even extended their gaurantee another 10 days. which was very nice of them even though he didnt make it . I was in alot of contact with them, very friendly and such. There should be a spot on the site, i forget where Where you can find your credit... if they are doing that. I told them they could credit the achilles back as a store credit and he just put it back on the card, he said it was easier this way. Cause I was still up to about a week ago stalking them daily for another achilles!

 

I too have one person that I am dealing with. I keep looking at their site to see if there is a credit and nothing so far. so maybe they will credit my card.
