Woke up this am to find my favorite fish dead!:eek::eek::angry::angry::angry: No sign of him being attacked and no one would have! No sign of trauma, or disease. I don't think it was due to my other tank problems if he has made it though this whole time. I added 2 anenomeas a friend was getting rid of and a kole tang, babysitting a brain and a clam but I don't think they would do anything. I am just sick. I loved him!!!!! How crazy to be attached to a fish but he would flollow me around the tank like a dog!!! I bought a different brand of seeweed but I can't imagine that would do it but you never know. I just can't believe it! Everyone else seems fine. I don't see dark spots on him so I don't think it was the anenomeas plus he couldn't get to one of them but I have the brain in the back corner where he used to like to rest! Could that have done it?

Why couldn't it have been my pajama cardnial?

Sorry to hear about your loss! I cried when my favorite fish died - of course, I'm a girl. . . but attached is attached! And they have such huge personalities!

Sorry to hear about your loss. It's weird how attached we get to our animals. I got really attached to one of my cleaner shrimp one time (he was the one anxious to clean my hand whenever I stuck my hand in). Then he died, and I was really upset. My wife thought I was crazy.

    K+ for your loss.

Didn't you mention needing a probe yesterday when we talked? If so, i would guess that might be the culprit.
