You have me curious now. What were you feeding the coral and how much?

 

I'm glad things turned around for you! Congrats and we need some PICS!!!

 

Small tanks like that can be very difficult to maintain. I had a ten for 8 years on and off. Keep taking good care of it, it will eventually rebound.

 

I really feel that was the main cause. I was going to give only one small dose a week, instead of what I was doing. Then I thought NEVER. I am going to leave well enough alone. Many have told me that the light & the food I feed to my clown & sea anemome would be fine. I am also paying particular care of my water. I test particularly for salinty & calcium often, & instead of washing the filter media once a month, I clean it weekly with my water change, in the discarded water. I guess that's just about it.

 

You were able to change it around this much in 3 days?
