    Yeah!
Maybe Salt Water Piranha (If they exist);D.
    Or maybe a Barracuda.
    A Moray Eel.
    Octopus.

    Is this a good idea?
What are the pros and cons?

    What size is the tank?

Octopuses only live a matter of months, need very cold water, very low light, lots of food, and a sealed tank so they don't escape.
Barracudas get about 6 feet long.

Correction, not all octos need cold water, but all still live very short lives.

well start with getting a 400+ gallon tank. they're all going to be kept alone too.
octopus will kill anything else you put in I believe, quite smart too.
but if you want exotic get some eels an a shark.
