bi-colored angels are notorious coral nippers and can be difficult to get onto prepared foods. Wouldn't order this one on-line. I'd want to see it eat first. As for inverts mine didn't mess with them.

There are a few dwarf angels that are pretty reef safe. Flames and coral beauties are about 50/50, cherub pygmy angels, as well as african flame backs and brazilian fireball pygmy angels are considered "reef safe," though there is always the exception. I have a brazilian who is a model citizen.

take your time choosing fish, you only have so many fish you can have in your tank.

I bought 5 Yellow Tail Damsels yesterday at my LFS. I know a lot of people are against them, but I truly think they look great and hopefully aren't too aggressive.
Still have room for a few other fish, thinking about a coral beauty next? Or a Flame Angel?

imo i would stay away from all dwarf angels, just cause they dnt nip in the begining dont mean they wont. if you do any angel it should be the lamark angel, great looking fish and reef safe.
there are tons of fish and what you do is buy more then one to offset the shipping cost to make it more worth it, or find local fish breeders. I have a guy here i can get 4 different kinds of clowns and 2 different kinds of dotty backs

I have the same problem as you. finding a reef safe fish. I have a croal beauty and it does occasionaly nip at my acans. doesnt nip hard enough to do damage but hard enough to irritate the acans that they dont want to open up. If my acan frags dont end up living on, then ill know that they or the coral beauty will have to go.
If you do get a coral beauty and as everyone stated (50/50 shot you get a nipper) then just so your aware from my experience with them they tend to nip at certain corals. I have never seen mine nip at my frogspawn, hammer, torch. basically they usually wont nip at corals that look agressive to them or ones with longer polyp extension. anything that looks peaceful and stagnant to them is what they seem to target. ie..Zoas, Acans, montipora, etc. although I have not seen them nip at my ricordea or mushrooms.

and coral beautys are suppose to be one of the more reef safe dwarf angels....

Im not sure your tank size but a couple other suggestions on fish I finely found. goby/pistol shrimp pair...
    SOme type of blenny.
And maybr a single mail anthia if you want somthing reef safe, looks colorful and roames the tank for looks.
