    Hi reefers , this creature is woerd well incrusted to the rock and moves fast close in when approched, any idea ? Looks like it lives in a cocoon

    It is a dry heat, yeah right !
    1st impression is Scutus sp.
    2nd is Chiton
    3rd perhaps a Key Hole Limpet.

    i looks on the internet the names, not sure it is the same one , hope its reef safe

    Wellll..it's probably a coral-boring bivalve. The most common are the Ark Clams (family Arcidae, genus Arca, Acar, or Barbatia), but I can't see enough detail to be certain. Less common are the Date Mussels (Lithophaga sp.) and their relatives, which are smoothly dark brown and lack the shell sculpture of the other borers. None of the bivalves are likely to be a problem in your tank.
