I.D clownfish please :)

i recieved this clown that is suppose to be a false percula but looks different than the false percula that i already have in my DT. I got a pict of him in the QT, looks great and eats already which is good but want to make sure i got what i paid for.

 

Jugging by its eyes, I would think it’s a false percula

it's also a misbar.

 

Since perculas don't come in a misbar flavor, I'd say occelaris.

 

why is the white stripe not present on the side. its only visible on the dorsal fin and then stops at the body? is this normal? the one i already have has 3 full white bars

 

i just dont want a fude over the LTA!! the clown i have already is a small male and this one is comparable size. much brighter too! the other has been tanned by the anemone i think!

 

I'm not trying to argue, but I’ve seen a true perc misbar.

Well, yeah, I meant regularly seen and bred purposely to be misbar. The true percs are just a bit rarer.
