Asterina starfish. I remove if I don't have to get too wet.

I had a few of the same that hitched a ride with some "quality" LR I bought. They didn't survive the tank break-in period though :(.Not sure weather it was the ammonia spiking to 8.0 or the Nitrite spikes.I had 4 of em.Haven't seen them in 3 weeks.

Yea now that I look I can see a few I read they can eat your coral depending on the species, and since it's to hard to figure the species out who knows? What kind I got I'll probly just take em out like said above but I will be getting my hands wet : /

...it'ds hard to tell the color of yours from the picture. The ones that are white(ish) are good. The coral-munching guys will be pinkish in color.

I would get rid of it. They can reproduce like crazy. They look harmless until 1 turns into 100 in a short amount of time.

aw, I love them. my population has stayed pretty low though. I first noticed one in my tank 7 months ago. I only see them once in a while. Mine have not bothered my coral from what I have noticed.
