So i just bought a bakpak HOB skimmer but theres just one problem. Its too tall to go on the back of my tank. My tank is in my room on my dresser in the attic so there are some very weird walls. The walls start straight up but then angle up until it reaches the ceiling. If my tank was shifted towards the front of the dresser about 1 inch it might fit. I dont know what i should do /:

I would shift the tank toward the front as far as you can go without it overhanging the desk.

Would it be hard to move a 10 gallon tank by myself?

No, it should only be ~100 pounds tops. I would remove a bunch of the water first though, at least half, to keep the glass from breaking when you move it. That's also take off about 35 pounds from the weight.
