So basically its only OK if they get a right of reply? So I will probably be dead before I ever see LFS properly named and shamed.

Corailline has summed up the sites position on these situations perfectly

naming and shaming is not something this or most other forum sites will be able to support

when a moderator makes that position very clear on a thread, people need to accept that , rather than publically contradict that person, leaving the moderator no other option other than close the thread

the moderators have a responsibility to support the wishes of the sites owner

and this sites owner, along with the owners of similar sites, do not want threads that are bashing companies or establishments , because said establishments may want to result to legal means in order to repair any tarnished reputation

which ultimately leads to an awful lot of hassle for the site owner , whilst the "we have a right to post our opinion" are blissfully unaware of the problems they created and can carry on with lives unaffected by any of it

if you feel strongly about a subject, there are channels you can go through

this site, is not one of them

neither are majority of other forums of this nature out there
