I don't get people

Yep, those guys that take up 2 spots are the ones that shopping carts are attracted to.

If he parks it far away, and takes up ones spot, and preferably parks next to the curb so only 1 car can park near him, he will be fine.

I always park my cars in spots on the end and out of the neighbor's door reach and have not had issues.

 

hahah i warn him, i tell him all the time but he donest listen, he wanted to make it so the car was armed it shocks people who touch it but seeing as thats totally illegal i wanted nothing to do with it

 

There are plenty of sue happy people out there. If I were him I would disable that function before he finds himself in court.

Driving a viper and having an illegal alarm system will lose his case every time.

If that does not give him concern, then he better be willing to pay. Otherwise parking the car and not driving it to the store, or simply selling it might be better options.
