i dont understand...

well i have a problem with my foxface..

its been about a month maybe 2 that my foxface wont get off his cammo mode.. he is like top half brown and bottom yellow..

I got to say he doesnt look sick at all, in fact, when i put nori into the tank he is the one munching it like a champ. He almost beats my yellow tang who is twice as big..

i know that when they are in cammo mode they are stressed but i dont know of what. i dont see any apparent illness or anything..

doesn anyone has any advice to follow?

my params are on the spot.... i did had a cyano problem, but its slowly dissapearing.

 

is it bein bullied?

 

well in the month of november when i had my PBT he did bullied him a little but nothing to be concerned.. although my PBT died in november of ich.
he has been in cammo since before the PBT.

 

hmmm well someone else could be and you dont know it. maybe the yellow? have you changed any normal routines drastically lately or anything?

 

not really.. everything is pretty much the same. Im sure that the yellow tang isnt bothering him because im literally looking at the tank like 9 hours a day.

i have also checked the chromis and clowns and no bullies..

 

If his coloring hasn't changed in 2 month's, it might just be the way he is. Usually when they are stressed they will turn very palish white, but 2 months is a long time to be like that. It doesn't really sound like a "camo" to me, just sounds like that's what he is.

this is very true. it could be just that color.

 

um.. not right the second since lights are off but in my build thread there are some where you can see it.. ill post some pics tomorrow..

i did thought that maybe that was his color but thats not how he was when i first got it. That is why im uneasy about it.
