You should check all your parameters, from the basics ammonia, nitrate, nitrite, pH and phosphate to the reef necessary ones Ca, Alk and Mg.

Until then theres not much anyone can do. Is there anything you have changed recently?

I would do a water change just to be safe.

Test your water! Ammonia, nitrate, nitrite, calcium, alkalinity, and pH at least.

The fact that you have nitrites is suspicious. Their should be none in an established tank. If your test is accurate (there is a good chance that a number that low is just a testing error), then the presence of nitrites indicates an earlier presence of ammonia. If that is the case, its not coming from the anemone (unless it is rotting), there is a serious cycle problem in the tank. Something large is dieing.

You also need to test alkalinity and calcium because they can also, under less malign circumstances, also result in cloudiness. So can several other things.
