I found this in my tank, what is it?

    I found this little thing in my tank. Right now it is about .5/.75 inches across. It is fuzzy white with small tubes sticking out

    Not sure if it is the same as what I've seen but it looks like the early stages of a sponge.

    either that or some kind of sea squirt.

    thanks guys, I actually found another smaller one in the tank. Will keep an eye on them and see how they grow

    probably a sponge but just on the off chance its a nudi or aiptasia watch them and see if they are bugging any corals
