I got 17 buckets of salt for free but.......

I have luged all 17 buckets out side and mixed them with a drill with a big wooden spoon for a end. Its safe to say the salt is well mixed and dry and almost no rocks.

Then you scored, aside from the other concerns that are beyond my experience level.

 

I feel the same way, I wouldn't be comfortable using it in my own reef, but definitely do not have the knowledge to give you a good reason why not to use lol. I'm just a sceptic, and would be worried something was wrong with it.
