I don't want to have to drain the tank and clean it fully ive had to many set backs and I just cant keep throwing money at this with more ro/di filters when doing a full fill. Its why I think running carbon during cycle will clear it out. Also the sump I will just find a way to pull it out and re-silicone it some how

Like I said I think its just time for me to walk away from this and be done with the hobby and sell everything off. Its just causeing me more stress than needed. And just when everything had started to go good in my world I hit the brick wall

Why would you need new RO/DI filters? I've been using my RODI filters for 6 months... on my 90 gallon tank and 30+ gallon sump. I wouldn't be comfortable leaving a known toxic killer in my water hoping carbon would pull it out.

Pull rocks and substrate out, wipe it down with bleach... let air dry. Rub it down with vinegar... let it dry.

For the rocks, it's a bit more labor intensive if you want to truly "clean" them. Again, I think the biggest problem was the toxic concentration in the water. If you remove the bad silicone from the sump... and clean it, I'm not sure how bad your situation would be.

Do you have anything alive in the tank still? If so try running carbon. If the live dies, then worry about what to do next. When you think you have it back on track throw a few cheap chromis in there and see how they do for a few months before dropping any kind of serious coin on livestock. A bigger water change (say 50% or 20% a few days in a row) wouldn't hurt either.
