Well, look at the positive side of this, you have a little more time to read and research. Luna

You must be a much nicer person than me!! I would have demanded overnight shipping, if not for the first incident then for the second!! Sounds to me like they need to make things right, an in-store credit or something!

My first tank was a 29 gallon biocube....
Loved the tank. Hated the stand..biggest piece of junk I ever saw. Hardest stand ever to put together. Mine was missing pieces also. NEVER COULD GET THE HINGES TO GO TOGETHER. I tried, my father tried, no luck. There is no support in the stand what so ever. The directions looked like a 3 year old drew them. While you are waiting for the part, you might want to look over the directions and see if you really want to keep the stand or just buy another one. The only thing holding the stand together is the actual weight of the tank. I ended up placing extra screws in the stand because I was afraid that the stand would just collapse under the weight of the tank. When I took the tank down and gave it to my parents, they ended up buying a 24 g nano stand which did not fit perfect but pretty close. The edge of the tank hangs over just like an inch or so on either side. They have had this now for almost a year now and had no problem.

Hopefully they changed the stand since I bought it, but it does not sound like it. But I do hope you have better luck then I did
