I know there is probably nothing i can do except let its go but i have .25ppm of ammonia in my tank. I did add about 10lbs of base rock from marco rocks on Sat there was a bacteria bloom this morning so the real question is what to expect? most of my coral are closed and i just got new SPS in today :(

I tried that like 5 gallons but i think that could hurt things at this point rather then help, and my lawnmower blenny is struggling really bad

Immediate use of Prime and keep doing water changes till you get it down.

True, parameter swings are bad, but if the Ammonia kills everything off...

Wouldnt water changes take out the bacteria that i need for the new base rock i put in there?

    Ill pick some up.

Must of the batceria is on the rocks and sand (this is why we pick very porous and expensive live rock), they live on surfaces. Not much bacteria at all in the water column, go ahead with the changes and def start with some prime asap.

Correct. The amount of useful bacteria in the water column is negligible. Your useful bacteria colonize on surfaces.
