    i know this is probably in the wrong section but i have a thing that i dont know what it is or whats it used for. i also found a whole drilled in my protein skimmer i think it might go into. here are a couple of pics. i think it is a ground probe but i dont know what they are or do. the second pic is the whole in the skimmer.
