I have no clue what this is!

    The only thing I can maybe think it is would be abalone but I'm at a loss. It's flat and round about a half inch across and has little tenticle looking things pertrudeing out from under the shell all the way around

    Try looking up pictures of Stomatella sp.

    Searched those and I would agree with that. I can faintly see the little top hole. Tough to tell with the coralline on its shell but if that's all it is it appears safe to keep
