i also have a 29g biocube and its been a lot of fun. first chamber is intake, i keep my heater in there. second chamber is usually bioballs, i removed them all and replaced with rinsed lava rock, 3rd chamber there is a little slot where u place a sponge, then ur pump fits next to the sponge. i have 2 ph's but you'd be fine with one big one, make sure to add about 25-35lbs of sand, and try to add about 25-30lb of LR too. The LED lights look awesome, post pics! Cant wait to hear more

For lighting I would get one of these 2, as it would give you good options with corals:
    CRE Loaded Ecommerce
    OR
    Kessil Lighting- The Spectral Revolution
You could choose the spectrum you want for look you want
You will need at leat one of these:
    Koralia Evolution 750
Along with a test kit for
    pH
    Ammonia
    Nitrate
    Nitrite

    Hydrometer
    Sand
    Live Rock
    a 50-100WW heater like this
    Hydor Theo 100 Watt Heater
And thats really it to start.
Is this a 29 Bio-Cube, or 28 JBJ Nano Cube?
    Could we get some pics?
