I have a bright yellow Tang. His face, all the way up to his gills, is looking rather white in color today for some reason. I tested the salinity, and it is good. The Nitrates, Phosphates, pH, and Ammonia are all good. Please tell me what to do in case this is a major situation. I am really worried because I do not want anything to die because of my stupidity. Please help me help him/her ASAP. Thank you! Frog...

I dont think you have got anything to worry about. All fish lose color from time to time. Steve is spot on with the lights. If the lights are off then Tangs lose their color.

    OK good news

its not aggression as there is nothing on that list that would have bullied it which may have also accounted for the fish going pale

I will move this to the Tropical fish section for now
when lights are back on tomorrow, let us know if anything has changed
and we can move back to ASAP if situation merits it
